Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. A credit card is required to hold all appointments. This card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation (less than 24-hours' notice) or no-show. • More than 24-hours' notice: No charge will be applied. • Less than 24-hours' notice: You will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled service price. • No-show (failure to show up for your appointment without any notice): You will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. Late arrivals will result in a shortened session time to avoid inconveniencing the next client. The full service fee will still apply. We understand that genuine, unavoidable emergencies happen. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation. Decisions on waiving fees will be made on a case-by-case basis.
