Life isn’t easy when you’re holding in emotions that never had a chance to be expressed. When we’re overwhelmed, our proprioception (awareness of our own bodies) decreases, and that’s when we stop feeling like ourselves. I’ve learned firsthand how unresolved anger can become depression, how chronic stress can lead to pain, and how emotional disconnection affects our ability to function day to day.

Emotional resilience is a skill that can be taught. And healing is possible. Through decades of struggle, I’ve developed tools and practices that have helped me feel more connected, calm, and confident: both in my body and in my life.
After working in tech for over 18 years as a Brand Strategy Consultant, Emotional Resilience Coach, Mentor, and International Public Speaker, I've decided to completely change industries into health and wellness. I serve ABF as a board member and I'm also a Mental Health First Aid trainer who certifies people in ways to respond to someone who may be experiencing a mental health crisis.

Why I Do This Work

I used to feel exhausted, stuck, and stressed every single day. But learning emotional resilience tools helped me shift. I began to experience more hope, better sleep, and even better clients and professional relationships.

My goal? To live fully, and to spend meaningful time with my children while feeling calm, aligned, and well. That vision is what drives my work every day.
