Life isn’t easy when you’re holding in emotions that never had a chance to be expressed. When we’re overwhelmed, our proprioception (awareness of our own bodies) decreases, and that’s when we stop feeling like ourselves. I’ve learned firsthand how unresolved anger can become depression, how chronic stress can lead to pain, and how emotional disconnection affects our ability to function day to day.

Emotional resilience is a skill that can be taught. And healing is possible. Through decades of struggle, I’ve developed tools and practices that have helped me feel more connected, calm, and confident: both in my body and in my life.
After working in tech for over 18 years as a Brand Strategy Consultant, Emotional Resilience Coach, Mentor, and International Public Speaker, I've decided to completely change industries into health and wellness. If you'd like to learn more about my non-profit work, visit AveryBurtonFoundation.org (ABF). I served 5 years of service at ABF as a board member and also a Mental Health First Aid trainer who certified people in ways to respond to someone who may be experiencing a mental health crisis.

These same skills of empathy and emotional resilience are what I now use with my clients during massage sessions. I specialize in Myofascial (MFR) Swedish style and manual therapy that offers relief from chronic pain, even lifelong pain from old injuries. Whether you’re navigating stress, physical discomfort, or simply seeking more resilience to move through the challenges in your life, I’m here to support your journey.

My Approach
Massage is more than just a physical treatment, it’s a therapeutic relationship. I intuitively integrate multiple manual therapy modalities such as MFR, Swedish Massage, body mobilization, and self treatment education that meets your body’s unique needs in the moment. My approach supports:
-
Emotional regulation
-
Stress and pain relief
-
Improved posture, circulation, and movement
-
Mind-body reconnection
-
Long-term healing and resilience
Every session starts with a short consultation to discuss your goals. No two bodies are the same, and no two massages should be either. Book an appointment in my Henderson Massage Studio in Silverado Park Place, or schedule a mobile massage within the Las Vegas Valley.
Why I Do This Work

I used to feel exhausted, stuck, and stressed every single day. But learning emotional resilience tools helped me shift. John Barnes's style of Myofascial Release (MFR) therapy was a huge lever that helped me transform my life. Through learning how to do the work of MFR and integrate it with Swedish massage and soft tissue manipulation, I began to experience more hope, better sleep, and even experienced better client and professional relationships.

My goal? To live fully, and to spend meaningful time with my children while feeling calm, aligned, and well. That vision is what drives my work every day.

I've learned that this delicate life can change in an instant. So why not live it with grace, joy, and intention?

Let me help you reconnect with your body, your breath, and your balance.
