This page outlines simple guidelines to help ensure your massage experience is respectful, professional, and relaxing. Whether it is your first massage or you receive bodywork regularly, these reminders will help you feel more comfortable and prepared.

Before Your Appointment

• Please shower before your session.

• Cleanliness helps both of us feel more at ease.

• Arrive five to ten minutes early. This gives us time to begin calmly and without feeling rushed.

• Avoid eating a heavy meal before your massage.

• A light snack is fine if needed.

• Wear comfortable clothing that is easy to change in and out of.

During Your Session

• Undress only to your comfort level. You will always be professionally draped, and your privacy will be respected throughout the session.

• This is a professional healing space. Inappropriate behavior or comments are not acceptable and will result in the session ending immediately.

• You are welcome to remain quiet during your session. Many people find silence helps them relax more deeply. I will check in briefly about pressure and comfort, but I will also give you space to rest.

• Please speak up at any time if something does not feel right. Your feedback helps me support you better.

After Your Session

• You will have time to get dressed, rehydrate, and gather yourself slowly.

• We will check in briefly about what you felt during the session. I may also offer suggestions for self-care, such as hydration, light movement, or stretches.

• There is no rush. Take your time and feel free to share any thoughts or feedback.

• Tipping is not expected. If you feel inclined to offer a tip, it is always appreciated.
